sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some
irregularities and variations in color and texture.
These traits are characteristic of quality sheepskin
and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. Slight
dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin
during your first few wears.
How
To Send Something Back
Should
you need to exchange or return your order, within 30
days of receiving it, please contact us via email. Click

Please note: All exchanges or returns must include a
return authorization number.
In the case of an exchange for our customers, once
received in our warehouse, we will replace the item
& send back to you as soon as possible.
Some customers may be charged additional shipping
fees on exchanges however, exchanges are free of
duties and taxes. All exchanges have the highest
priority and are processed before new orders.
If
the reason for the exchange was due to us sending
you something other than what was on your original
order, we will also provide you with a credit for
the cost of the return for standard, insured
delivery services.
In
the case of a Return, once received, we will
refund 100% of the original purchase price.
Sorry, we cannot exchange or give refunds on Worn Sheepskin

imports from outside of the United Kingdom and much
of Europe must clear Customs and after a very small
value, are subject to import duties, VAT and other
clearance fees. This will add between 40 to 50%
more to the price that you have already paid and
you will have to pay these extra costs before you
receive your order. Always check the
"Shipping" and "Terms and
Conditions" on any site before you buy. The
disclaimer is usually hidden in the fine print on
these pages.
